Renting with Lafford Living is straightforward and transparent. We do not charge letting fees and our team will guide you through every stage of the application process, including referencing requirements and Right to Rent checks.

 

Before moving into your home, you will be required to pay your first month’s rent in advance together with a tenancy deposit. Full details of the amounts payable and the tenancy agreement will be provided before you commit to renting a home with us.

 

Repairs can be reported online or through our customer service team, with emergency repairs prioritised and dealt with as quickly as possible. Requests to decorate your home or keep pets should be discussed with Lafford Living in advance, as permission may be required.

 

You will rent directly from Lafford Living and benefit from a dedicated team that supports the tenancy process, coordinates repairs and maintenance, and provides ongoing customer service throughout your tenancy.

  • To reserve a new home, please speak to a member of the Lafford New Homes team. We will explain the property, development, reservation process, applicable fees, key timescales and any information you need to make an informed decision.

    Before a reservation is accepted, we will confirm that you are proceedable and provide a Reservation Agreement setting out the key terms of the reservation.
