- Clear written specification and details of any plot-specific variations provided at reservation.
- Pre-completion home demonstration, giving you the opportunity to understand your home’s features, controls, appliances and maintenance requirements before moving in.
- Opportunity to arrange an independent Pre-Completion Inspection (PCI) in accordance with the New Homes Quality Code.
- Legal completion only takes place when the home is finished and ready for occupation.

To avoid delaying the build programme, deadlines for selections will be clearly communicated during the reservation process. Options may will longer be available once construction has progressed beyond a particular stage.

Yes. During the construction process, you will normally be invited to attend a pre-paint inspection with a member of our team. This visit provides an opportunity to see your new home taking shape, review the location of key features such as sockets, switches, lighting points and services, and discuss any agreed choices, upgrades or optional extras.
The pre-paint inspection helps ensure that selected options have been incorporated correctly before final finishes are applied. It is not a snagging inspection and does not replace your home demonstration, pre-completion inspection rights under the New Homes Quality Code, or the quality assurance checks carried out by our team. -
