The Orchards Greylees Show Home Takes Shape Ahead of Launch

New Homes at the Orchards Greylees

Construction is progressing well at The Orchards Greylees, with our first show home, The Quadring, now clearly taking shape on site.

The impressive four-bedroom detached home, complete with a detached single garage, will serve as the first show home at The Orchards Greylees and represents a significant milestone as we move closer to officially launching our first homes for sale.

Recent weeks have seen substantial progress, with the structure rising quickly and the roof taking shape. The home is already beginning to showcase the scale and character that future homeowners can look forward to experiencing at The Orchards Greylees.

As construction continues, attention is also turning to the exciting next stage of the journey.

We are about to finalise the choices, finishes and extras that will transform The Quadring from a construction project into a beautifully presented show home.

From kitchens and flooring to fixtures, fittings and interior styling, every detail will be carefully considered to help visitors imagine life at The Orchards Greylees.

The launch of our first homes is now drawing ever closer, and we are looking forward to sharing more details, development updates and behind-the-scenes progress over the coming weeks.

Located in the popular village of Greylees, The Orchards Greylees will offer a collection of thoughtfully designed homes created to meet the needs of modern living while forming part of a growing and welcoming community.

Looking Ahead to Launch

As preparations for launch continue, The Orchards Greylees is already generating interest from local buyers and those looking to move into the Greylees area. The forthcoming release will provide a choice of thoughtfully designed 3, 4 and 5-bedroom homes, offering space and flexibility for a range of lifestyles.

The Quadring will be the first opportunity for visitors to experience the quality and craftsmanship that define a Lafford New Homes development. Once complete, the show home will showcase the design features, specification choices and attention to detail that purchasers can expect throughout the development.

Stay tuned for further updates from the Orchards Greylees as we count down to the launch of our first homes and the opening of our very first show home.
