Construction Starts at The Orchards Greylees

Lafford Group has started construction at The Orchards Greylees, appointing Gusto Construction as principal contractor to deliver a mixed-tenure neighbourhood comprising 2, 3, 4 and 5-bedroom private rental, social and private sale homes. The scheme is designed to create a balanced, inclusive community with enduring build quality and a practical, low-maintenance specification.

The Orchards will introduce a coherent mix of homes set within an easy‑to‑navigate layout, with considered parking, private gardens and simple, robust materials to support long‑term stewardship. Sales, lettings and allocation information will be released in phases in line with build progress. The first completions are anticipated in Autumn 2026.
