Steam Court North Hykeham: First Development Under Way for Lafford Homes
Construction is now under way at Steam Court, North Hykeham, marking the first development by Lafford Homes — a new housing company wholly owned by North Kesteven District Council.
Located just off Station Road, Steam Court North Hykeham will deliver 27 high-quality flats for the private rented market. The build is progressing steadily, and the first tenants are expected to move in by November.
